Candle Sticks
I really enjoy making the candlesticks. They are all compartmentalized and put together again. It's very systematic and I'm curious to see what the end result would be. The idea for the structure is already predetermined, however, I never follow through with the whole idea, something always changes. And I find this exciting! When I get ready to make a candlestick I throw each part on the wheel ( I will throw more than one of everything because you never know what will fit and what wont) and then I assemble the piece together making sure everything fits nicely. I really enjoy the circle as the center piece to the candlesticks. A circle is just one of those shapes that is satisfactory. When I make my candlesticks I usually only make one type and never create the same thing twice. Meaning, I have a solid base structure that I will continue to use and modify as I see if, however pattern will never be recreated. I like having one of a kind sets. It's more personal that way.
